Steve Hytner (born September 28, 1959) guest stars on George Lopez as Dr. Lisby, the veternarian who examines Mr. Needles, the family dog, and finds a tumor in him the first time, then can't find it again upon a follow-up visit to the pet hospital in "God Needles George". Hytner is best known for his role as Kenny Bania on the NBC-TV sitcom series Seinfeld.


Born and raised in Valley Stream, New York, Steve attended Valley Stream Central High School there.

Steve, who made his first Hollywood acting appearance in the comedy Ski Patrol(1990), has also appeared as a regular in numerous TV shows, such as The 100 Lives of Black Jack Savage, Hardball, and Working. He's also appeared in occasional appearances in a variety of shows, such as CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Friends, King of Queens, Dharma and Greg, The X-Files, Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, That's So Raven, and The Bill Engvall Show.
